Hi-PCR® MatchFinder Autosomal Mini25ID Kit
Hi-PCR® MatchFinder Autosomal Mini25ID Kit is a 6-Dye, 25-locus multiplex used for human identification in forensic analysis, relationship testing, and research. This kit is divided into two panels i.e. Panel A and Panel B. Each Panel amplifies and detects 14 loci:
▪ Panel A contains 13 CODIS loci and the sex locus AMEL.
▪ Panel B contains 10 common non-CODIS autosomal STR loci, Y-indel and 3 loci (D21S11, CSF1PO, AMEL) that are shared with Panel A.
▪ Panel A and Panel B can be amplified and detected simultaneously
▪ Panel A contains 13 CODIS loci and the sex locus AMEL.
▪ Panel B contains 10 common non-CODIS autosomal STR loci, Y-indel and 3 loci (D21S11, CSF1PO, AMEL) that are shared with Panel A.
