Copyright Consent

COPYRIGHT CONSENT
  1. Requester shall in all cases when practical use the statement: "reproduced with permission from HiMedia Laboratories, India and/or its affiliates".
  2. Authorizer shall own the copyright to all Works under the terms of this consent. Requester shall have the right to make reasonable alterations or enhancements, such as cropping or retouching to any photographs without any further approval from Authorizer.
  3. Authorizer may revoke this consent at any time by sending a written revocation to Requester.
  4. Requester will ensure the Works to be stored on a safe media accessible only by the authorized representatives.
  5. The Works are in “as is/where is” condition. Authorizer does not make any representations, warranties or guarantees in connection with the Works and will not be liable for indirect/consequential damages arising out of any claim based on third party ownership to the Works.
  6. Requester shall indemnify and hold harmless Authorizer from and against all claims, suits, losses, damages and expenses (including without limitation, court costs and attorneys fees) arising out of any and all activities of Requester.
