Antimicrobial Susceptibility Systems

To overcome the tedious broth micro dilution method, we have introduced HiMIC™ Plate Kit. This is developed for determining MIC using Micro dilution Method using an indicator-based system. It has 12-well detachable strips, diluent, HiMIC reading card, and separate incubation tray. The wells are coated with the growth medium and are deposited with exact gradient of the test antibiotic. It does not require any instrumentation. MIC breakpoin can be determined visually using the reading card. Interpretation for Antibiotic Sensitive, Intermediate, and Resistance zone sizes is as per CLSI & EUCAST guidelines.
