Insta NX® Tissue/Cell RNA Purification Kit
This kit provides a fast and easy method to purify total RNA from tissue or cell samples for Northern analysis, Poly A+ RNA selection, Primer extension, RNase and S1 nuclease protection assays, RT‐PCR, Differential display, Expression‐array and expression‐chip analysis and cDNA library construction. The RNA purification procedure using the columns comprises of three steps viz. adsorption of RNA to the Super‐ S membrane, removal of residual contaminants and elution of pure RNA. The Super‐ S columns have a high binding capacity and high quality RNA is obtained from various samples.
