Insta NX® Viral RNA Purification Kit kit provides a fastest and easiest way to purify viral RNA from fresh or frozen plasma (treated with anticoagulant EDTA), serum, and other body fluids with vacuum based innovative Super- S column
technology. This kit carries out efficient extraction of viral RNA from wide range of viral strains like Dengue, Chikungunya and viral pathogens of animals. After the initial binding of RNA, impurities like proteins, polysaccharides, low molecular weight metabolites and salts are removed by short washing steps. High quality RNA is finally eluted in the Elution Buffer. Concentration of recovered DNA can be estimated by agarose gel electrophoresis.
