HiPer® Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium, High Glucose w/ 4.5gms Glucose per litre, Sodium pyruvate and Sodium bicarbonate w/o L-Glutamine

"HiPer® Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium is high Glucose basal medium optimized for growth of undifferentiated embryonic and mesenchymal stem cells. It contains 4.5gms Glucose per litre, Sodium pyruvate and Sodium bicarbonate. It does not contain L-Glutamine. The osmolarity is optimized to approximate that of mouse embryonic tissue. This medium is a proprietary formulation containing inorganic and organic salts, amino acids, vitamins, growth factors, nutrients and sodium bicarbonate. It does not contain antibiotics and antimycotics.
