food materials. It is recommended by APHA for enumerating faecal Streptococci in food materials. KF Streptococcal HiCynth™ Agar Base is prepared by replacing animal and vegetable peptones with chemically defined peptones to avoid BSE/TSE risks associated with animal peptones.
