The latest design combines a thermal cycler, an advanced optical system with individual LED excitation source and an intuitive data analysis software. The Gradient Feature aids in easy assay optimization. To get accurate results, the Robotic Arm Scans Individual Well which Eliminates the use of Passive Reference Dye - ROX dye. The system comes with 2 fluorescent detection channels for setting up multiplex PCR assays.
