Hi-PCR® Mycobacterium tuberculosis Semi-Q PCR Kit is a qualitative conventional PCR kit which includes the amplification of M. tuberculosis gene IS6110 (542 bp), using specific primers. The amplified target is confirmed by using agarose gel electrophoresis.
