Directions
Suspend 17.25 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat if necessary to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
Principle And Interpretation
Phosphate buffer pH 8.00 is formulated as described in USP (1). The phosphate buffer is required for the antibiotic preparation used in antibiotic assay.
