Tergitol-7 HiVeg™ Agar H is used for selective isolation and differentiation of enteric bacteria from urine specimens. This medium is selective and differential used for the detection and enumeration of coliform organisms. This medium is prepared by replacing animal peptones with vegetable defined peptones to avoid BSE/TSE/GMO risk.
