Hi-Gx360® Targeted Capture & Enrichment of DNA libraries

The HiGx360® Target capture & enrichment protocol describes the steps necessary for target enrichment of an NGS library prepared from DNA. This protocol is compatible with libraries prepared using HiGx360® DNA Library Preparation kits. Blocker Mix B provided in this kit is compatible with ligation-based library preparation techniques that use 6-base and 8-base, single and dual indexing schemes. Once the Blocker Mix B prevents non-specific hybridization between adapter sequences, 5′ biotin-modified oligonucleotide probes are used to capture the region of interest for sequencing.
