REDyTaq DNA Polymerase (5 units/µl)

REDyTaq DNA Polymerase contains a red dye which provides easy and quick identification of addition of polymerase to the reaction and allows confirmation of complete mixing. The inert dye has no effect on downstream processes. REDyTaq DNA Polymerase is added directly to the reaction mix and is used in the same manner as standard Taq DNA Polymerase. REDyTaq DNA Polymerase (5 units/µl) incorporates an inert red loading dye to allow for visual migration monitoring during electrophoresis. This Taq polymerase simplifies high throughput molecular screening by permitting direct gel loading post amplification.
