HiPurA® Fast Western blotting Buffers are used for the immunodetection during Western blotting. It acts as an rapid buffer allowing for one step immunodetection. The buffer already have pre-added anti-mouse-hrp secondary antibody. HiPurA® Fast Western Blotting Buffers provide an accelerated workflow for antibody incubation and membrane washing steps. This set of blotting buffers facilitates rapid protein detection for molecular biology laboratory research while maintaining high sensitivity and specificity.
HiPurA® Fast Western blotting Buffers are used for the immunodetection during Western blotting. This buffer acts as a all-in-one buffer that allows blocking of non-specific binding of antibodies by binding to any open protein binding sites and simultaneously allows the interaction of specific primary and secondary antibody for detection of specific protein of interest with no additional blocking step. It allows immunodetection to be performed in one step. The buffer already have pre-added HRP labelled secondary antibody, hence only primary antibody is required for immunodetection. It is provided with 10X wash buffer.
