20X MOPS‐SDS Running Buffer is formulated for running proteins on Bis‐Tris gels only. This buffer isrecommended for separating medium‐ to large‐sized proteins. This pre‐mixed buffer issupplied as a 20X concentrated solution. 20X MOPS-SDS Running Buffer is a concentrated solution used for mid range protein separation on polyacrylamide gels. It maintains a neutral pH during electrophoresis, supporting molecular biology research screening and transcriptomic related protein analysis.
20X MOPS-SDS Running Buffer is formulated for running proteins on Bis-Tris gels only. Bis-Tris gels are polyacrylamide gels designed to give optimal separation of small to medium sized proteins under denaturing conditions. It is composed of 1M MOPS, 1M Tris base, 2% SDS and 20mM EDTA.
