6X Gel Loading Buffer

6X Gel Loading Buffer is a pre-mixed solution used to prepare DNA markers and samples for loading on agarose or polyacrylamide gels. It is a pre-mixed loading buffer containing two different dyes namely bromophenol blue and xylene cyanol FF for visual tracking of DNA migration during agarose gel electrophoresis. The presence of glycerol in the loading buffer ensures that the DNA sample is loaded properly in the well. 6X Gel Loading Buffer is a concentrated solution used to prepare DNA samples for horizontal electrophoresis. This Gel Loading reagent provides necessary Sample Density and contains a Tracking Dye to ensure accurate Molecular DNA Fragment Resolution during gel runs.
