Lactobacilli Broth, AOAC is recommended for preparation of inoculum of test bacteria used in microbiological assays of B vitamins. The medium is used for carrying stock cultures used for Microbiological assay of Vitamin B. This medium is also used for the cultivation, maintenance and inoculum preparation of L. leichmannii ATCC 7830, Enterococcus hirae ATCC 8043, L. plantarum ATCC 8014 and L. casei subsp. rhamnosus ATCC 7469.
