The Insta Q 96 Plus Real Time PCR Systems (96 wells & 5 channel) are a fully integrated quantitative PCR amplification, detection and data analysis platform. The latest design combines a thermal cycler, an advanced optical system with individual LED excitation source and an intuitive data analysis software. The Gradient Feature aids in easy assay optimization. The system comes with 5 fluorescent detection channels for setting up multiplex PCR assays. To get accurate results, the Robotic Arm Scans Individual Well which Eliminates the use of Passive Reference Dye - ROX dye. This instrument is capable of performing yes/no assays, pathogen detection, gene quantification, SNP analysis and HRM assays.
