HiPer® Sandwich ELISA Teaching Kit can be used for the determination of antigen concentration bound to immobilized antibody followed by binding of the antigen to the labeled secondary antibody and its detection by using appropriate substrate.
It employs two layers of antibodies to trap and detect a specific antigen. This Sandwich ELISA provides high sensitivity for Analyte Quantification and is intended for comprehensive Bioanalytical Assay Education.
HiPer® Sandwich ELISA Teaching Kit can be used for the determination of antigen concentration bound to immobilized antibody followed by binding of the antigen to the labeled secondary antibody and its detection by using appropriate substrate. ELISA technique. In this method one of the two antibodies is bound to the solid phase and the antigen in a test solution is allowed to bind to the antibody. Unbound proteins are removed by washing and then the labelled second antibody is allowed to bind to the antigen. After washing, the amount of bound labelled second antibody is assayed by using appropriate substrate.
