HiPer® Rocket Immunoelectrophoresis Teaching Kit to demonstrate rocket immunoelectrophoresis to find out the concentration of the unknown antigen samples.
It utilizes an electric field to drive antigens into an antibody containing gel. This Laurell Technique module facilitates Antigen Quantification through Rocket Immunoelectrophoresis for use in Quantitative Immunological Research and education.
HiPer® Rocket Immunoelectrophoresis Teaching Kit to perform rocket immunoelectrophoresis to find out the concentration of the unknown antigen samples. In involves a comparison of antigen sample of unknown concentration with a series of dilutions of a known concentration of the antigen. In this qualitative method, antigen migrates from the well through agarose gel containing antiserum, forming rocket shaped precipitin peaks. The height of this peak is proportional to the concentration of the antigen loaded in the corresponding well.
