HiPer® PCR Application Teaching Kit is designed for detection of specific sequence of a specific gene (450
bp) for E.coli O157. This kit is a qualitative conventional PCR kit which contains the amplification of E. coli O157 specific gene using specific primers. The amplified target is detected by using agarose gel electrophoresis.
