HiPer® Ligation Teaching Kit demonstrates ligation of Lambda (λ) DNA HindIII digest and analysing the efficiency of ligation reaction through agarose gel electrophoresis.
It focuses on the enzymatic joining of DNA fragments with compatible termini. This module utilizes T4 DNA Ligase to facilitate Phosphodiester Bond Formation for a professional Molecular Cloning Procedure Training and vector construction.
HiPer® Ligation Teaching Kit demonstrates the function of DNA Ligase which seals nicks and joins ends (blunt & sticky of double stranded DNA. DNA ligation is the process through which two DNA molecule ends from the same or different molecules are joined together. This ligation reaction is catalyzed by a DNA ligase enzyme which ligates DNA fragments having blunt or overhanging, complementary, ends. This kit uses t4 DNA ligase for DNA cloning. The ligated DNA can be analysed bu agarose gel electrophoresis.
