Description

HiPer® Transformation Teaching Kit is for preparing competent cells by CaCl2 method and perform transformation using pUC19. In this process, cells are first made competent chemically by calcium chloride and then made to uptake plasmid DNA. Selection can be done by growing transformed cells on selective media.
