HiPer® DNA Molecular Size Determination Teaching Kit demonstrates the molecular size determination of a linear DNA molecule by agarose gel electrophoresis.
It allows students to estimate the length of unknown fragments by comparing them to a standard ladder. The kit uses Electrophoresis Analysis and Logarithmic Migration principles for DNA Sizing in a Molecular Biology Quantitative Lab.

HiPer® DNA Molecular Size Determination Teaching Kit is used to measure the molecular size of DNA and RNA molecules. In this method, Standard molecular weight DNA marker and test samples can be ran on agarose gel and the relative distance migrated are measured and plotted on the graph further calculating the size of unknown test samples will be calculated from the graph.
