HiPer® Gel Extraction Teaching Kit (Column Based) involves purification of DNA from standard agarose gel with a microspin format. DNA binds specifically to the advanced silica-gel membrane while contaminants pass through, leaving pure nucleic acid to be eluted in the Elution buffer.
