Hi-PCR® MatchFinder Autosomal 33ID Kit is a 6-Dye, 33-locus multiplex used for human identification in forensic analysis, relationship testing, and research. The system meets CODIS and ESS recommendations and complies with ISO 18385:2016 manufacturing standards. It employs six-color fluorescence for co-amplifying and detecting: ▪ 30 autosomal STR loci (D3S1358, D13S317, D7S820, D6S1043, D2S1338, D3S3045, D22S1045, D19S433, D1S1656, D8S1179, vWA, Penta D, D8S1132, TPOX, D18S51, TH01, Penta E, D19S253, D15S659, D10S1248, D12S391, CSF1PO, FGA, D6S477, D2S441, D5S818, D21S11, D16S539, D10S1435 and SE33). ▪ 1 insertion/deletion polymorphic marker on the Y chromosome (Y-indel). ▪ 1 Y-STR locus (DYS391). ▪ Amelogenin (sex determining marker). ▪ Two Internal Quality Control (IQC) markers, IQCS (small marker) and IQCL (large marker) Hi-PCR® MatchFinder Autosomal 33ID Kit targets a wide range of genomic markers to increase the power of discrimination in complex samples. The kit uses Multiplex PCR for Genetic Loci Amplification for Human Identification and High Resolution Forensic DNA Profiling.
