Hi-PCR® MatchFinder Autosomal 25ID Kit is a 6-Dye, 25-locus multiplex used for human identification in forensic analysis, relationship testing, and research. The system meets CODIS and ESS recommendations and complies with ISO 18385:2016 manufacturing standards. It employs six-color fluorescence for co-amplifying and detecting: ▪ 23 autosomal STR loci (D2S441, D5S818, D21S11, D16S539, D1S1656, D3S1358, D13S317, D7S820, D2S1338, D18S51, D19S433, D22S1045, D8S1179, vWA, TPOX, D10S1248, D12S391, CSF1PO, FGA, Penta D, D6S1043, TH01 and Penta E). ▪ 1 insertion/deletion polymorphic marker on the Y chromosome (Y-indel). ▪ Amelogenin (sex determining marker). ▪ Two Internal Quality Control (IQC) markers, IQCS (small marker) and IQCL (large marker). Hi-PCR® MatchFinder Autosomal 25ID Kit utilizes multiplex amplification of short tandem repeat markers for individual characterization.
