Hi‐PCR® Hepatitis E Virus Probe PCR Kit

Hi‐PCR® Hepatitis E Virus (HEV) Probe PCR Kit is based on real‐time PCR technology for the detection of Hepatitis E Virus(HEV)specific RNA. The kit contains primer‐probe mixture specific for the detection of HEV RNA. In addition, the kit contains a positive control and internal control for identification of possible PCR inhibition or reagent failure. The assay principle is based on the hydrolysis probe chemistry which confers higher specificity and sensitivity. Hi-PCR® Hepatitis E Virus Probe PCR Kit detects viral RNA through a specific Reverse Transcription Viral PCR mechanism. The assay targets Open Reading Frame Amplification to ensure sensitive HEV Detection in clinical and environmental samples for Waterborne Viral Hepatitis Research.
