Hi-PCR® Covid-19 Detection Kit (Dry Swab Method)

Hi-PCR® Covid-19 Detection Kit (Dry Swab Method) includes 1X TE Buffer and Proteinase K for RNA isolation from dry swab. The kit also contains primer-probe sets specific to Nucleoprotein (N) gene, RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) gene and an internal process control. Kit also provides synthetic positive controls for validity of the test. Hi-PCR® Covid-19 Detection Kit (Dry Swab Method) eliminates the need for traditional RNA purification steps. The assay uses a Direct Lysis Mechanism for Extraction Free PCR to facilitate COVID Screening within a Rapid Molecular Diagnostic Workflow.
