Hi-PCR® REDy Master Mix

Hi-PCR® REDy MasterMix is a premixed ready-to-use solution containing REDyTaq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2 and reaction buffers at optimal concentrations for efficient amplification of DNA templates by PCR. Hi-PCR® REDy MasterMix is recommended for any amplification reaction that will be visualized by agarose gel electrophoresis and ethidium bromide staining. The master mix is not recommended if any downstream applications use absorbance or fluorescence excitation. Hi-PCR® REDy Master Mix includes a tracking dye that allows for visual migration monitoring during subsequent electrophoresis. This PCR master mix simplifies high throughput molecular screening by allowing direct sample loading onto agarose gels.
