HiMedia's Hi-PCR® Dengue Serotyping Probe PCR Kit 2.0 allows sensitive and specific detection and differentiation of Dengue serotypes 1, 2, 3 and 4 in a two-tube reaction assay. Tube 1 is dedicated to detection of Dengue serotypes 2, 3 and 4 in FAM, Texas Red and Cy5 channels respectively while in Tube 2 Dengue serotype 1 and Internal Control is detected in JOE and ROX channel respectively.
