10X Wash Buffer is used as a high performance washing solution for use in all ELISA formats. This wash Buffer is formulated with optimized pH stabilizers, salts and detergents which increases the efficiency of washing stages during ELISA, leading to a reduction in background noise and an increased specific signal. This buffer is compatible with all routinely used conjugate components such as HRP, Avidin and Alkaline Phosphatase.
