It serves as a ligand for many molecules including fibrin, heparin, chondroitin sulfate, collagen/ gelatin and integrins. CF100 is a human fibronectin isolated from human plasma lyophilized from 100mM CAPS, 0.15M NaCl, 1mM calcium chloride solution, pH 11.0.
