HiPer® Karyotyping Teaching kit
It has been developed for teaching short term in vitro culture of peripheral blood lymphocytes for cytogenetic studies in educational organizations. Cytogenetic studies include metaphase and prometaphase studies carried out on lymphocytes to detect chromosomal aberrations associated with structural and numerical abnormalities. It is sufficient for preparation of 10 mitotic spreads(Cell suspension obtained from 1 flask is sufficient for dropping 2 slides).
