Bradford reagent is mainly used for the quantitative estimation of protein samples by the Bradford assay method. The Bradford protein assay is based upon the formation of complexes between Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250 and the protein samples in solution. The protein standard (1mg/ml) can be used a standard.
