This buffer contains Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250 (CBB G-250), SDS, glycerol and Tris-HCL. The use of TrisTricine gel loading buffer ensures optimal band resolution when preparing proteins for SDS-PAGE with Tris-Tricine-SDS gel running buffer. Tricine Sample Buffer does not contain reducing agent. For reducing conditions, add Mercaptoethanol or DL-DTT
