Klebsiella pneumoniae Genomic DNA
HiMedia's Klebsiella pneumoniae Genomic DNA is an ultrapure DNA extracted from Klebsiella pneumoniae. It is used as positive control in in vitro diagnostics techniques based on nucleic acid amplification. The vial provided contains 250µl of the purified DNA sufficient for 250 reactions. Upon receipt, the product should be stored at -70°C for long-term storage. When using the product, it is recommended that the DNA should be stored in aliquots at -20°C. The product is stable for upto 30 months.
