HiPurA® Pre-filled Plates for Yeast DNA Purification
This kit simplifies isolation of DNA from yeast by the magnetic bead‐ based procedure. Yeast cells (Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Candida albicans), are grown in log phase and spheroplasts are subsequently prepared. Following lysis, the DNA is bound to magnetic beads. Rapid wash steps remove trace amount
of salt and protein contaminants resulting in the elution of pure DNA in the Elution Buffer in the plate.
