HiPurA® Forensic Multi Sample DNA Purification Kit
This kit simplifies isolation of DNA from cigarette butts, envelopes, hair, nail clippings, stamps, or blood, saliva or semen stains, Bone and tooth samples with spin-column procedure. Following lysis, DNA binds to the silica gel membrane of the HiElute Miniprep Spin Column (Capped) to yield purified DNA. Two rapid wash steps remove trace salt and protein contaminants resulting in the elution of high quality DNA in the Elution Buffer (ET) provided with the kit.
