6X Gel Loading Buffer
6X Gel Loading Buffer is a pre-mixed solution used to prepare DNA markers and samples for loading on agarose or polyacrylamide gels. It is a pre-mixed loading buffer containing two different dyes namely bromophenol blue and xylene cyanol FF for visual tracking of DNA migration during agarose gel electrophoresis. The presence of glycerol in the loading buffer ensures that the DNA sample is loaded properly in the well.
