Hi-Quanti 2X Realtime PCR Master Mix

HiMedia’s Hi-Quanti 2X Realtime PCR Master Mix is a premixed, ready-to-use solution containing Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2 and reaction buffers at optimal concentrations. This master mix can be used in all probe based Real-Time PCR assays viz., uniplex or multiplex diagnostic assays and genotyping experiments. This pre-mixed formulation saves time to set up the PCR reaction in shorter time and reduce contamination by reduced number of pipetting steps required to set up a PCR. The mix is optimized for efficient and reproducible PCR. This Real-Time PCR master mix can be used to quantify any DNA template including genomic, cDNA and viral sequences.
