SDS Agar Base (Sodium Dodecyl Sulphate Polymyxin Sucrose Agar Base) is used for enrichment, isolation and enumeration of Vibrio vulnificus from seafood samples as per APHA. This media is formulated is formulated as described by Bryant et al for isolation and enumeration of V. vulnificus from sea food and for differentiation of V. vulnificus from other Vibrio in accordance with APHA.
