HiGenoMB®'s Medium Binding and High Binding ELISA plates are non‐treated polystyrene surfaces that bind biomolecules through passive adsorption. These are clear microplates best suited for absorbance‐based detection method. Medium Binding surfaces are best suited as a solid phase for protein with large molecular weight (>20kD). On the other hand, High Binding surfaces are best suited as a solid phase for protein with medium molecular weight (>10kD). These microplates are either fixed or detachable with 48‐well or 96‐well in 8‐well or 12‐well strip format. These microplates have alphanumerically grid marking for easier usage
