Description

HiPer® SDS-PAGE Teaching Kit can be used to perform SDS-PAGE and visualization of migrated protein bands by Coomassie Staining. The purpose of SDS-PAGE is to separate proteins according to their size using a two layered gel (stacking and resolving gels), where under a supply of electric current, the proteins get separaed as per their molecular weight. These separaeted/ migrated proteins are visualized by CBB staining
