HiPer® IgG Purification Teaching Kit demonstrates easy and rapid purification of IgG from serum using Protein A agarose and checking its purity on SDS-PAGE.
It demonstrates the selective capture of antibodies from serum samples. This module uses Affinity Chromatography and Protein A Separation to teach the technical steps of Immunoglobulin Purification for Immunoglobulin Isolation Research Training.

HiPer® IgG Purification Teaching Kit can be used for IgG purification based upon the affinity of IgG to immobilized Protein A agarose. When a suspension containing mixture of substances along with IgG are loaded on the column, the IgG binds to Protein A agarose matrix and is eluted by reducing the pH. The purification can be checked by electrophoresing the eluted fraction on SDS-PAGE.
