Hi-PCR® MatchFinder Autosomal Mini25ID Kit

Hi-PCR® MatchFinder Autosomal Mini25ID Kit is a 6-Dye, 25-locus multiplex used for human identification in forensic analysis, relationship testing, and research. This kit is divided into two panels i.e. Panel A and Panel B. Each Panel amplifies and detects 14 loci: ▪ Panel A contains 13 CODIS loci and the sex locus AMEL. ▪ Panel B contains 10 common non-CODIS autosomal STR loci, Y-indel and 3 loci (D21S11, CSF1PO, AMEL) that are shared with Panel A. ▪ Panel A and Panel B can be amplified and detected simultaneously Hi-PCR® MatchFinder Autosomal Mini25ID Kit is engineered for the amplification of reduced size STR markers from compromised specimens. It employs Forensic PCR and Short Amplicon Sequencing for Degraded DNA Analysis and Fragmented Sample Genetic Identification.
