HiPurA® Pre-filled Cartridges for Buccal DNA Extraction offer an efficient, magnetic bead-based method for purifying total genomic DNA from buccal swab samples. Designed for automated handling on systems like the Insta NX® Mag16, the kit utilizes pre-filled reagent cartridges along with Proteinase K and Carrier RNA to lyse samples, bind target nucleic acids, and strip out contaminants. The resulting pure DNA eluate is fully compatible with sensitive downstream molecular techniques such as PCR, restriction enzyme digestion, and Southern blotting. Reagents remain stable at room temperature (15–25∘C) for up to 2 years, with specialized components (Carrier RNA, Proteinase K, and Magnetic Beads) stored at recommended cold temperatures.
