Aspergillus brasiliensis ATCC® 16404™* (Formerly known as Aspergillus niger)

EZ-CFU™ One Step quantitative QC microorganism preparations are designed to simplify Growth Promotion Testing (GPT) of culture media, as required by the United States Pharmacopeia (USP), European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.), and Japanese Pharmacopoeia (JP). Unlike traditional methods, EZ-CFU™ One Step requires no dilution steps, making testing faster and more convenient. Each preparation is designed to deliver 10–100 CFU per 0.1 mL inoculum, ensuring compliance with compendial recommendations. Each 2 mL vial of hydrated suspension provides up to 19 inocula. For added flexibility, EZ-CFU™ One Step can be used for up to 8 hours after hydration when the suspension is refrigerated between uses. An online Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available, provides detailed strain information.
