Prima Duo is 96 well (48 wells x 2 blocks) thermal cycler for end-point PCR with aluminum block, gradient & touch screen facility. 8 long service life Peltier heating units that form 4 circuits to control 4 temperature zones and allow double block gradient function. Two blocks independently controlled and can run 2 different PCR programs simultaneously.
