Pluronic® F-68 is a co-polymer of ethylene and propylene oxide. It is a non-ionic detergent and is used as an anti-foaming agent in cell culture. It helps in stabilizing the cell membranes against the shear forces exerted during batch culture processes. It is suitable for insect cell culture.
